Default Spa Resorts

Do you go away overnight, weekends or longer to a spa resort? If so where do you go and why?

I have been many a time to Sopwell House in Hertfordshire, We stay overnight. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. They have a special deal on a Friday where you get the room, evening meal, use of gym and pool and one spa treatment. I like to have a Swedish back,neck and shoulder massage.
