Hilton Hotels Corporation signed a management agreement with China Merchants Property Development Company Limited for the Conrad Beijing. Scheduled to be open at the end of 2010, the Conrad Beijing will join Conrad Hotels & Resorts, the global contemporary luxury hotel brand of the Hilton Family of Hotels, as it expands its luxury portfolio in China. The hotel will feature 300 guest rooms, an urban spa, meeting facilities and recreational facilities. The hotel will offer food and beverage outlets, comprising a variety of all-day dining and specialty restaurants, and a rooftop bar and restaurant, in addition to banquets and meeting facilities.
