Default American Airlines to revamp all planes

American Airlines has started a major upgrade of its cabins to improve comfort and facilities for passengers.

The airline has started work on its 777 models, and plans to upgrade the cabins across its entire 1,000-aircraft fleet.

The work is focusing at the moment on first class and business class cabins, which will both get lie-flat seats as part of the upgrade.
American Airlines is also planning to improve services aboard its Boeing 767-300, 757 and 767-200 aircraft with new seats, interiors and in-flight entertainment systems.
