Hawaii-three times on business which is a great way to visit this expensive destination! On one of our trips we were all outside on the lawn of the Four Seasons Hotel for a ****tail reception while a helicopter hovered overhead and dropped orchid petals on us for quite some time. My wife was furious thinking of all the money going for this extravagance that could have gone to a local children's charity. I re-assured her that we were not paying for it-the hotel had offered it as an amenity to get the meeting
