Apart from the cost of purchase and fuel what other costs are involved when holidaying using your RV?

I'm not an RVer, John, but I know that typically you have to pay a rental fee for a parking space and utilities hook-ups. I have heard that there are some large stores with large parking lots that will allow RVers to use a portion of the lot for parking, for free. But there are no utilities available.
