EasyCruise new look livery EasyCruise has unveiled its new look livery which is set to make its first public appearance on the line’s second vessel easyCruiseTwo, which will sail through Holland and Belgium from August 11.
From the outside, easyCruiseTwo will bear a new logo and whereas on the line’s first ship orange prevailed on the superstructure, the river cruise vessel boasts a colour scheme of graphite grey with orange trim. Inside there is a new colour scheme in the cabins, which all have windows. The brainchild of Dutch designer, Jan Des Bouvrie, the design is in answer to the public’s feedback of easyCruise having ‘too much orange’, says the company.
Stelios Haji-Ioannou, founder of easyCruise added: ‘easyCruiseTwo has been designed in answer to our customers’ requests. The orange that was so prominent on easyCruiseOne has gone, every cabin has a window and the facilities we now offer allow guests to have as much fun on board the vessel as they do on land.’
A new, 90 seater ‘World Café’ will cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner, late into the evening. The menu ranges from local specialities such as Moules Frites to international dishes including Seared Chicken Olivada and Chinese Mustard Glazed Hake, as well as a range of light meals, salads, pizzas and desserts.
easyCruiseTwo will sail on a weekly itinerary from Amsterdam to Rotterdam, Antwerp, Brussels and back and from mid August to beginning November. easyCruiseOne will be transformed with the new livery and undergo a complete refit when it finishes its French and Italian Riviera season in October, ready for the beginning of a new season in the Caribbean.
